i agree it depends on the relationship; as for me it is the best thing for us to be faithful and we find ways to share in our emotions as well as sexuality. There are many things that can be done. You just have learn news ways of doing it and not be afraid to put yourself out there for each other; trust is the key. This past weekend my fiancée (we are 1755+ miles apart) and I made videos and shared them; we feel closer than ever!!!!
